Sharing Statements
The tasks you see in the app have been requested directly by the company that requested your Thirdfort check. It is important to complete all steps, unless you have been given authorisation from them that something is not necessary.
If you believe a step isn’t required, check with the company that requested your check directly. Only once authorised, follow the steps below to remove the requirement from the app.
Removing Requirements
If authorised, select ‘My bank is not listed’ at the bottom of the screen. You will then be prompted to share photos or PDF’s of your statements instead. There you can select ‘I don’t have this right now’ which will appear at the bottom of the screen. A pop up will appear, confirm ‘Do it later’.
You will then be able to continue on with the rest of the Source of Funds task. Before you can submit the full task you will see a section called ‘Outstanding Tasks’. Here, you will see a list of anything you selected ‘I don’t have this right now’ on during earlier parts of the task.
Select the (i) icon on the right hand side, a pop up will appear where you can select to ‘Continue without evidence’. This will remove all bank statement requirements from the app.

Please note you will be asked to share Bank Account Details even if the statement upload is skipped. Fill this out if possible or contact the company that requested your check to see how they would like you to proceed.
