Sharing Bank Statements
At different points during the Source of Funds task, you may be asked to share bank statements. This can be the result of sharing employment details with us, or for a source you state is contributing toward the transaction.
If you have already added an account at a different point in the task, this will appear in the drop down list when you are prompted to select an account. However, if this is the first time you are sharing an account in the app, you will need to select ‘+ Add account’ from the drop down list, then ‘Next’ at the bottom of the screen.
Open Banking
Thirdfort uses Open Banking technology allowing you to quickly and securely share bank statements.
You will be shown a screen telling you what you need to share with the company requesting your check - the number of read only statements shared will vary depending on what was requested by the company that requested your check.
Select ‘Next’ at the bottom of the screen, you will then be able to choose the bank you wish to share. After selecting the provider, you will be asked to accept giving us temporary read only access.
