Any outstanding tasks will appear on your home screen and must be completed before the check is shared with the requesting business, which you can contact if you believe tasks are unnecessary.
Finishing your Check
After completing all of your tasks, the app will review all the information you provided. You will see a message telling you your check is processing at this stage. Check back after a few minutes to see if any new tasks have appeared. If there are any mismatches in any of your details, like the date of birth you entered into the app not matching your ID, or if your ID photo was unclear, you will be asked to redo this.
Once any updates have been made and your details match the app update to show a message that your check is done. If needed, you will then have the option to upload 'optional documents' if you have been asked to do so.
Outstanding Tasks
If you still have any tasks outstanding, then your check will not be shared with the business requesting this until you complete them.
If you believe any tasks are not required, please contact the business that set up your check, and they can let you know why they need them.
