Finishing your Check
After completing all of your tasks, the app will review all the information you provided. If there are any mismatches, like the date of birth you entered into the app not matching your ID, you will have the option to update this.
Once any updates have been made and your details match the app update to show a message that your check is done. If needed, you will then have the option to upload 'optional documents' if you have been asked to do so.
Outstanding Checks
If you still have any tasks outstanding, then your check will not be shared with the business requesting this until you complete them.
If you believe any tasks are not required, please contact the business that set up your check, and they can let you know why they need them.
