Uploaded Documents
If the task you have uploaded a document to is still open, you still have the opportunity to go back and amend this. Up until you submit the task, you can delete any documents you have uploaded and add new ones in their place.
I've already submitted the task
If you have already submitted the task, then these documents cannot be amended. If the document is of a sensitive nature, please chat to our team using the button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
If the document is not sensitive, please contact the organisation that requested your Thirdfort verification and ask that they discard this from your completed verification.
How can I upload the correct document?
Once you have submitted all your tasks, you will see an option to 'Upload Optional Documents.' Through this, you can then upload the correct documents. Our guide here explains how to do this in more detail.
