If the name on your ID has changed and you don’t have an ID document with your current name on it, do not worry, you can still complete your ID check.
The app will recognise that your name is different and it will ask you to ‘Confirm personal details’, however, instead of changing the details you can select ‘My name has changed’ at the bottom of the screen, followed by ‘Confirm’ on the next screen.
You can then add any additional document(s) to show your name change using the Optional Document Upload button if necessary. Please refer to our Upload Additional Documents article in ‘Troubleshooting’ if you need any further help with this.
