TLDR: The app tasks are requested by the company needing your Thirdfort check and must be completed unless authorized otherwise. To remove a requirement, select ‘I don’t have this right now’ and then ‘Do it later.’ Before submitting, resolve outstanding tasks by selecting ‘Resolve,’ then use the (i) icon to choose ‘Continue without evidence’ to dismiss specific requirements.
Sharing Evidence
The tasks you see in the app have been requested directly by the company that requested your Thirdfort check. It is important to complete all steps, unless you have been given authorisation from them that something is not necessary.
If you believe a step isn’t required, check with the company that requested your check directly. Once authorised, follow the steps below to remove the requirement from the app.
Removing Evidence Requirements
If you need to remove a requirement within the app, select ‘I don’t have this right now’ at the bottom of the screen. A pop up will then appear where you can select ‘Do it later’. This will not immediately remove the step from the app. You can continue with the rest of the Source of Funds task.
Before you can submit the full Source of Funds task, you will have to address any outstanding requirements. This includes anything where you selected ‘I don’t have this right now’. To begin dismissing the requirements select ‘Resolve’ next to Outstanding tasks.
Once you enter the outstanding tasks section of Source of Funds, you will see a list of anything that is left to share. If you still wish to remove a requirement from the task, select the (i) icon on the right hand side of the screen. A pop up will then appear where you can select ‘Continue without evidence’.
