Source of Funds Evidence
For certain sources selected, you may be asked to share evidence. This is to help the organisation that set up your check verify where the funds are coming from.
What type of evidence you will be asked to share depends on which source was selected.
- Mortgage - a mortgage agreement, or your mortgage in principle.
- Property sale - a copy of your completion statements or the contract of sale.
If you do not have the evidence requested, check with the company that requested your verification check to see how they would like you to proceed. In the app, you will have the option to share the document later, or skip providing it entirely where necessary.
