TLDR: After signing into the Thirdfort app, select your transaction to complete. If no transactions appear, the company may not have set up your check yet. Once invited via text, download the app, sign in, and view your transaction. If the transaction isn't visible after receiving an invite, sign out and back in.
Accessing your Transactions
After signing into the Thirdfort app, you will be asked to select which Thirdfort transaction you wish to complete.
If the company that has told you to use Thirdfort has not set up your check, you will not see any transactions to sign into. When your check has been set up, you will receive a specific invite from Thirdfort via text, inviting you to download the app and sign in.
When you receive the invite, return to the app, and you should then be able to view your transaction.
I've received an invite, but still can't see a transaction
When a company sets up a Thirdfort check, they may enter an email address and a mobile number. You will receive an email introducing you to Thirdfort, and a text with a link to get started. If you only receive the email, but no text message, or don't receive either, it is likely the check has not been set up, or it has been, but with the wrong details entered.
Thirdfort does not set up the verification checks, this will come from the company dealing with your transaction. If you have not received an invite via text, please contact the company that asked you to download Thirdfort.
If you have now received an invite via text, but the transaction is still not available in the app, please select the option for 'Settings' in the top left hand corner, and then sign out.
Once signed out, please sign back in, and your transaction should now be available. If you still cannot see this despite receiving an invite, please contact our Support Team for further assistance.
