I've already completed a check
All Thirdfort checks are set up by the business that refers you to us. If you have completed a check directly with them Thirdfort does not have access to this.
It is up to the business that set up the check if they would like you to complete further checks with Thirdfort. Please contact them directly, and they can let you know if you still need to do a Thirdfort check.
They've said I don't need to do this but I'm still receiving reminders
If you are still receiving text message reminders then your check has not been closed by the business that referred you to Thirdfort.
Thirdfort cannot close a check on their behalf. Please contact them directly and they can close this on your behalf. Once they close the check you will not receive any further messages.
These reminder messages will automatically stop after 10 days.
