TLDR: If you see "No transactions found" in the Thirdfort app, it may mean your check hasn't been set up by the company dealing with your transaction yet. Once they create your check, you'll receive an invite via text or email, and a transaction will appear in the app. If you have an invite but no transactions, contact Thirdfort Support for help.
No Transactions Found
If you attempt to sign into the Thirdfort app before your check has been set up, you will see the message "No transactions found." You can only access a Thirdfort check when this is set up by the company you need to verify yourself for.
Once they create your check, you will receive an invite message by text (and by email if they choose to add your email.) At this point, if you return to the Thirdfort app, you will then see a transaction for you to complete.
I've received an invite, but I don't have any transactions
When a company sets up a Thirdfort check, they may enter an email address and a mobile number. You will receive an email introducing you to Thirdfort, and a text with a link to get started. If you only receive the email, but no text message, or don't receive either, it is likely the check has not been set up, or it has been, but with the wrong details entered.
Thirdfort does not set up the verification checks, this will come from the company dealing with your transaction. If you have not received an invite via text, please contact the company that asked you to download Thirdfort.
If you have now received an invite via text, but the transaction is still not available in the app, please select the option for 'Settings' in the top left hand corner, and then sign out.
Once signed out, please sign back in, and your transaction should now be available. If you still cannot see this despite receiving an invite, please contact our Support Team for further assistance.
