TLDR: If you see "No transactions found" in the Thirdfort app, it means your check hasn't been set up by the company yet. Once they create your check, you'll receive an invite via text or email, and a transaction will appear in the app. If you have an invite but no transactions, contact Thirdfort Support for help.
No Transactions Found
If you attempt to sign into the Thirdfort app before your check has been set up, you will see the message "No transactions found." You can only access a Thirdfort check when this is set up by the company you need to verify yourself for.
Once they create your check, you will receive an invite message by text (and by email if they choose to add your email.) At this point, if you return to the Thirdfort app, you will then see a transaction for you to complete.
I've received an invite, but I don't have any transactions
If you have received a text message or email invite but are still seeing the message "No transactions found", please get in touch with our Support Team, who will be able to assist with resolving this.
