What do I need to do?
The organisation that set up your check will have set you some simple tasks to complete so that they can gather the information they need to verify your identity. You will see these tasks when you log into the Thirdfort app, and select your transaction.
Tasks range from uploading photos of ID documents to explaining where your funds are coming from. All of these are done securely through our app.
Each task is saved as you complete it, letting you complete your check at your own pace. Once you have completed all your tasks, your information is verified and sent to the business requesting your check.
