I'm receiving text reminders
When a business creates your check, you'll receive an initial text with a link to download our app, and letting you know who set up the check.
When the check is in progress, you'll receive further messages letting you know how to get in touch if you need help.
These messages will stop when all your assigned tasks are completed. Once these are completed the information you submitted is sent to the business requesting your check for their review.
I'm still receiving reminders
If you are still receiving reminder messages, please get in touch! Using the icon in the bottom right of the screen, you can chat to our helpful Support Team who can make sure your check is finished.
