I've received a text
Before being invited to Thirdfort the business that needs to verify you should be in touch to let you know they need you to complete a Thirdfort check. Once they’ve done this and set up your check we’ll send you a text, and you may also receive an email, to get you started.
In the message, you'll receive a link to download the Thirdfort app. You can install this from the Apple App Store, or Google Playstore. The message will also confirm who set up your check, and what it's about e.g. moving house.
Sometimes the businesses that use Thirdfort can be a little click-happy and set up your check before letting you know about it. We appreciate that the text from us may then come as a bit of a shock, and we’re sorry if that happens.
