Is there a deadline to complete my check?
When you have been asked to complete a Thirdfort check it is recommended to complete this as soon as possible. This allows the organisation that requested your check to continue working on your transaction.
Will my check expire?
There is no expiration date on your check, and this can be completed at any time. The check will not close or be deleted unless you, or the business requesting your check, does so.
What should I do if I'm on holiday?
If you are on holiday or away from the documents you need to provide you can complete the check later. We recommend letting the organisation that requested your check know in case they have their own deadline for this to be completed.
