TLDR: If your passport is expired, the app will prompt a new ID task allowing use of alternative IDs like Driver's Licence or National ID.
Continuing with expired passports
If your passport is expired, the app will detect this and give you a new ID task. As part of this new task, you can use a different ID, such as a Driver's Licence, National ID card or Residence Permit.
If the expired passport is all you have available, we may still be able to process this depending on how old it is. Please contact our team for support.
