Checking everythings correct

After entering your name and date of birth, you'll have the option to review this. Here you can make any changes before submitting your details.

To change your name or date of birth, please click 'edit' next to what you want to update.

Once you're happy everything is correct, please submit your details. You'll then have the option to go back to your task list to complete any remaining tasks.
