Keeping you secure
If you have tried to update your phone and it is not compatible, then you will not be able to download Thirdfort. To keep your information secure, we need the device to run Android 11 or iOS 18 and above. On older devices, the manufacturers don't provide the same security updates. To avoid any risk to your information, we restrict older devices from downloading Thirdfort.
Can I use another device?
If you have access to another phone, such as one belonging to a trusted friend or family member, you can use this to complete your check. You can also use a tablet like an iPad to complete your check.
If you do use another phone, please download the app on that device from either the App Store or Play Store. Once downloaded, you can sign in with your number that received the invite to Thirdfort, not the number of the new device that you are using.
Once you have completed your check on another device, you can delete your data from the app, and uninstall the app from that device. This ensures that only the company that referred you to us can access your check.

If you don't have a smartphone or a compatible device, please contact the company that referred you to Thirdfort. They will be able to guide you on your next steps and their alternative options for completing a verification check.
