Keeping you secure
If you have tried to update your phone and it's incompatible, then you won't be able to download Thirdfort. To keep your information secur,e we need the device to run Android 9 or iOS 15 and above. On older devices, the manufacturers don't provide the same security updates. To avoid any risk to your information, we restrict older devices from downloading Thirdfort.
Can I use another device?
If you have access to another phone, such as one belonging to a trusted friend or family member, you can use this to complete your check. You can also use a tablet like an iPad to complete your check.
If you do use another phone, please sign in with your number that received the invite to Thirdfort.
Once you have completed your check on another device, you can delete your data from the app, and uninstall the app from that device. This ensures that only the company that referred you to us can access your check.

If you don't have a smartphone or a compatible device, please contact the company that referred you to Thirdfort. They will be able to guide you on your next steps and their alternative options for completing an ID check.
