If you believe that your identity has been used without your permission, that information associated with an identity check is incorrect, or that you need help with an identity-verification outcome, please contact support.
Thirdfort's response
We will assess the information provided, investigate the issue where appropriate and explain the next steps. Where the issue relates to a check requested by an organisation using Thirdfort, we may need to work with that organisation and/or the relevant identity verification provider to resolve it.
