Lending Funds
If you are lending funds towards a purchase, you will complete the same questionnaire as a purchaser. When asked about the total property price, only enter the amount you are lending towards the purchase. You will then only need to evidence the amount you are lending and not the total purchase price.
If you have been sent a Giftor version of the task, but you are lending funds, contact the company that requested your verification check for further guidance on how to proceed.
