Getting Started

On your task list, select ‘Begin’ on the Source of Funds task. You will then see a screen explaining what you’ll need in order to complete the task, and why it is necessary. Tap ‘Begin’ again at the bottom of the screen to proceed.

Next, you will be asked to confirm the eligibility of the gift you are giving:

• The money will not be repaid,
• The gift was given to assist with the purchase of the property,
• You will not be living at the property, 
• You will not have any legal/beneficial interest in the property.

Providing Details

The task is broken down into different sections. Certain sections may be greyed out initially, but you can work your way through them by tapping on ‘Begin’.
