TLDR: You need to provide 6 months of bank statements for any account involved in your transactions, including multiple accounts if money was moved between them. Only submit statements in your name, including joint accounts. Co-purchasers must complete their own checks if required.
Which of my bank statements are needed?
As part of the Share Bank Statement task, you'll be asked to provide 6 months of bank statements for any account you are using in your transaction.
For instance, if you have moved money from a current account into a savings account, both accounts would need to be included.
Do you need my partner/co-purchasers' statements?
When completing a check please only provide statements in your name. This can include joint bank statements.
If you are purchasing a property with someone else, they may need to complete their own check. If so the business requesting your check will invite them to complete one.
