I have no photo ID currently
If you are waiting on a new ID or are temporarily away from your ID then your check can be completed at a later date. In the meantime any other outstanding tasks can be submitted.
There is no expiry on your check from Thirdfort, and you can submit the ID task when you have access again to your photo ID.
We recommend letting the company know that set up your check that there may be a delay in submitting your ID.
I have no photo ID at all
If you have no photo ID then it is not possible to complete the ID task. In this instance please let the company know that set up your check, or chat to our team who can let them know on your behalf.
The company that set up your check will then be able to discuss any other options directly with you.
