Supported ID

If you have been assigned the ID check task, you can use any of the following ID types:

• Passport

• Driving Licence (photocard, not paper)

• National ID Card

The type of ID supported varies based on the country the ID is issued in, so you may not see all options available to you when completing the task. 

Completing the passport check task

If you have been assigned the passport check task, only a passport can be used. You will have the option when you start this task to select if you do not have a passport available. Other options will then be offered in the 'ID Check' task.

Using a provisional or expired ID

If you are using a provisional licence, Thirdfort will be able to process this, however it is important that you check with the company that set up your check first to ensure they are happy for this to be used.

If you are using an ID document that is expired, Thirdfort will be able to process this,  however it is important that you check with the company that set up your check first to ensure they are happy for this to be used. When using an expired ID, you will be asked to repeat the 'ID Check' task with an in-date ID. If the expired ID is all you have, repeat the task using this again.
