Manually uploading statements
When manually uploading statements, you will need to provide the most recent 6 months of statements for your accounts. These can be uploaded as photos or PDF documents.
Uploading a photo statement
After beginning the task, please select to 'Add a document.' You can then choose to 'Add photos.' You will then be asked where you would like to upload the photo from.
You can take a new photo, upload an existing photo or upload a photo saved as a file to your phone.
Uploading a PDF statement
If you choose to upload a document, please select 'Add PDF.' You will then be taken to your phone's file app.
From here you can view the bank statements you have saved to your phone and select the one you want to upload.
Saving your bank statement
After selecting your statement, please confirm the document's dated in the last 6 months. Please then select to 'save' your statement.
