I've been asked to provide my Source of Funds
Depending on the nature of your transaction, you may be asked to confirm your Source of Funds. You may also be asked to provide evidence to confirm this.
I'm gifting funds
If you are gifting funds towards a purchase, you will have a different questionnaire to complete. You can read more about this here.
I'm lending funds
If you are lending funds towards a purchase, you will complete the same questionnaire as a purchaser. When asked about the total property price, please only enter the amount you are lending towards the purchase.
Starting the Task
To start the task, please select the 'Source of Funds' task from the task list. You'll then be given a brief introduction to the task and what you have to provide.
Providing your Source of Funds
Please press the blue option to 'begin.' After this, you'll then need to provide the details of your transaction and where your source of funds are coming from. You can read more here about completing this stage.
