TLDR: The Source of Funds task requires entering your transaction details, including the total contribution amount, any stamp duty, and the property address. For shared ownership, only enter your share amount. Search by postcode or enter the address manually if not listed. After this, you must provide the sources of the transaction funds.
Your Transaction
After starting the Source of Funds task, you'll be asked to enter the details of your transaction. This requires you to provide:
The total amount you are contributing to the purchase.
Any stamp duty you are contributing towards.
The address of the property being purchased.
Please press to 'begin' next to transaction details. To enter the contribution amount and stamp duty, please select the box and enter the amount. If there is no stamp duty, please enter 0.
If you are purchasing a shared ownership property, please only enter the amount of the share you are purchasing.
To search for the address being purchased please select the box on screen and then type in your postcode. You'll then a list of addresses matching that postcode. Please select your address from the list.
If your address is not shown please select 'Enter it manually.' You can then type in your address instead of searching for it.
