Accessing multiple verification checks
When signing into Thirdfort your mobile number is your username in order to sign into the Thirdfort app and access your verification check.
The Thirdfort app supports multiple verification checks set up to your mobile number, and our guide below explains how to swap between multiple checks.
To get started please return to the home screen of the screen of the Thirdfort app. This will show you any remaining tasks, or that you have no tasks outstanding.
You will also see a pink banner at the top of the screen advising that you have new tasks to complete in a new transaction.
From the home screen please select the 3 horizontal lines in the top left-hand corner of the app.
Once you have selected the 3 horizontal lines you will then be taken to a new menu page. This will then list any available verification checks for you to complete.
These verification checks are labelled with the details set up by the organisation that referred you to us, such as the address of the property involved in your transaction.
If this reference has been set incorrectly unfortunately Thirdfort cannot change this but it will not impact the transaction you are completing.
To swap into any of the new transactions please select the box on screen containing the details of the new transaction. You will then be given the task to complete any and all tasks within it.
