Do I need to upload more documents?
If you have completed all your tasks then it is unlikely you need to upload an optional document, unless you have been advised by the organisation that referred you to us to do so.
You can also upload more documents if you forgot to upload them as part of your tasks, or to replace a document uploaded incorrectly.
How can I upload more documents?
Step 1:
Once you have completed all your tasks you will see the option to 'Upload optional documents.' Once you select this you will then be given an introduction, when you are ready to proceed please press 'Next' to continue.
Step 2:
You will then be asked to add a document, please select 'Add a document' you will then be asked to select what type of document you would like to upload, and if you would like to upload this as a phot or a PDF.
Step 3:
If you select to add your document as a photo you will be asked to 'Add page' before choosing to take or upload a photo.
Once the document is uploaded this will be displayed on screen with a red X. By pressing the red X this will delete your document, it does not indicate that something is wrong with the document.
When you are ready to proceed please press 'Done.'
Step 4:
Once you have added your document the app will allow you to upload any other documents as part of this upload. If you need to upload more documents you can do this now or return to the upload optional documents task at any time.
When you are ready to submit your documents please press 'Submit Documents,' you will then be asked to confirm that you want to do this.
Once the document is submitted it cannot be removed. For more information on what to do if you upload the wrong document check out our guide here.
If you are ready to submit your documents please select 'Submit Documents' and the task will automatically complete and upload your documents to the organisation requesting them.
