Why am I seeing a blank screen when uploading a document?
If you are using an iPhone or iPad that is not running an up-to-date version of iOS (the Apple operating system,) you may encounter a blank screen when selecting to upload a document to Thirdfort. This is unfortunately due to an issue on older versions of iOS and outside of Thirdforts control.
How can I upload my documents?
It is still possible to upload your documents. To do this you will first need to update your device software:
- Please head to your Settings App
- Please select General and then Software Update
- Please select to install the newest update from Apple
Once you have updated your device please return to the task and you will then be able to complete this without further issue.
When I upload a document I stay on the same page
If you select to upload a document but stay on the same page please check if you are uploading this from a cloud service like iCloud or Google Drive.
If you are please save the document directly to your device and then attempt to upload this again. You should then be able to proceed without further issues.
