Why have I been asked to check my details?
If you have been asked to check your details, then some of the information you have provided does not match your ID, or we may be unable to match it to our database. This is nothing to worry about and the new task can quickly be completed.
Step 1:
When prompted please select to 'Start' the task. This will take you to a new screen displaying the details you entered when you first signed into the app.
If your current name is different to the name on your ID, and you have no alternative ID please start the task and then immediately press 'Skip' to submit your old ID with your correct name.
Step 2:
If your details on this page are correct do not press to edit them. Instead, press 'Confirm' and this will submit your details and complete the task.
If your details are incorrect please press 'Edit' and you can then update any of these details as required.
I've been asked to Contact Support
If you see a screen asking you to Contact Support please scroll down on this page and you will see an option to 'Continue.' Please select to 'Continue' and you will be taken to the check your details task.
