What to do if you submit an expired ID
Firstly, is this your only form of ID? If you have an in-date ID, please redo the task with this document. This will allow you to successfully complete your verification.
If you only have an expired ID then please follow the below steps.
Once you have checked and gained authorisation, please follow step 2.
Once you complete the ID task and upload a picture of your expired ID, our system will flag this up due to the expiry date. It will then ask you to repeat the ID task.
At this point and ONLY with authorisation, please skip the option to redo the ID task. If you press Start, the skip option can be found at the bottom of the next page.
If you see the contact support screen, you can skip the task using the "Skip this task".
