How to ensure that your ID is accepted
For us to successfully verify your ID document, the photo must include:

All four corners of the document.

If it's a passport, we need all four corners of the photo page showing your name and other details.

It must be a clear photo of good quality so that we can read all of the text.

There must be no glare distorting your face or any of your information.
- The ID you are photographing must be the original copy and not a screen or photocopy.

All of these IDs have been photographed in a way that allows the app to read all of the necessary information to complete your verification.
Examples of rejected ID
All of these IDs have been rejected due to the way they have been photographed. The issues causing them to be rejected have been highlighted with the blue arrow.
