The Proof of Address Task
Step 1:
From your to-do list please select to 'Start' the Proof of Address task. You will then be given a brief introduction to the task on the next page. on this page please select 'Next'
Step 2:
Select the box on screen to 'Add a document' you will then be given the option of which document you would like to upload. You can find out more here about what documents Thirdfort can accept, when uploading a Proof of Address document only one needs to be provided.
Step 3:
Once you have selected the document you would like to upload, you can choose how to upload this. This can either be as a photo of a paper document or a PDF (a digital document.) If you chose to use a photo you can upload an existing photo or take a new one through the Thirdfort app.
Once your document has been uploaded you will see this displayed on screen with a red cross on it. This does not mean there is anything wrong with the document. Selecting the red cross will delete the document if you need to provide a new one. To continue please press 'Done.'
Step 4:
Once you have chosen your document you will be asked to confirm the date of the document. For more information about what documents you can use please see our guide here. To add the date of your document please click the box titled 'Enter the date of the document.' This will then allow you to enter the date of the document (How you enter the date may vary based on your device).

Step 5:
Once you have selected the date of your document please press 'submit.' The Thirdfort app will ask you to confirm if you are happy to proceed as the task cannot be returned to once submitted.
Once you submit your documents the task will automatically complete and you can return to your to-do list to complete any remaining task.
