How to sign in and access your verification check
To sign into Thirdfort all you'll need is the mobile number that was invited to Thirdfort, and a stable internet connection.
- To get started install the app on an iOS or Android device.
- You will then be asked to provide your mobile number, please enter the number that received the text inviting you to Thirdfort. (If you've not received an invite check out our guide here.)
- Please select the country for your mobile number and then enter the mobile number into the app. Once entered select "Send Code."
- Once you receive your code (and this can sometimes take a minute or two) please enter this into the Thirdfort app. Depending on your device when you click to enter the code your phone may autofill this for you.
- Press to confirm the code and you are now fully signed in to Thirdfort!
What happens now I'm signed in?
Once you are signed in the app will direct you to provide your details, and then complete the tasks set for you by the organisation you are working with.
All of the tasks available for you have been requested by the organisation you're working with. If you have any questions about how to complete them check out the rest of the guides on our help centre. If you're not sure a task applies to you please contact the organisation that requested your check, they will be able to advise on why they raised this and what they would like you to provide for them.
