What documents can I use?
When verifying your ownership only the following documents can be used:

A utility bill

A council tax bill

A bank statement

A mortgage statement

Your driving licence

A HMRC letter

An insurance policy

A firearm certificate

A copy of the purchase agreement of the property

A council building regulation letter

A service charge letter

A tenancy deposit letter
The document you use must show your name and the address of the property being sold.
