Which statements do I need to upload?
When uploading bank statements please upload the last 6 months of statements. If your account is less than 6 months old please upload all available statements.
When choosing which accounts to upload statements for please upload any you're using for this transaction. You only need to upload accounts in your name as part of your check.
Uploading a photo
After beginning the task please select to 'Add a document.' You can then choose to 'Add photos.' You will then be asked where you would like to upload the photo from.
You can take a new photo, upload an existing photo or upload a photo saved as a file to your phone.
Uploading a document
If you choose to upload a document please select 'Add PDF.' You will then be taken to your phone's file app.
From here you can view the bank statements you have saved to your phone and select the one you want to upload.
Saving your bank statement
After selecting your statement please confirm the document's dated in the last 6 months. Please then select to 'save' your statement.
You'll then have the option to upload more statements if needed. You can read more about completing this here.
