Providing your Transaction Details

Your Transaction

After starting the Source of Funds task you'll be asked to enter the details of your transaction. This requires you to provide:

  • The total amount you are contributing to the purchase.

  • Any stamp duty you are contributing towards.

  • The address of the property being purchased.

Please press to 'begin' next to transaction details. To enter the contribution amount and stamp duty please select the box and enter the amount. If there is no stamp duty please enter 0.

To search for the address being purchased please select the box on screen and then type in your postcode. You'll then a list of addresses matching that postcode. Please select your address from the list.

If your address is not shown please select 'Enter it manually.' You can then type in your address instead of searching for it.

After providing your transaction details you'll then need to enter the sources for the transaction. You can read more about completing this stage here.
