What documents can I use to evidence my inheritance?
If you have indicated that funds for your purchase have originated from an inheritance the firm that referred you to Thirdfort may request you provide evidence of this. You can read more here about why you may be required to provide as part of your transaction.
If you have been asked to evidence your inheritance please provide one of the following documents:
- A copy of the grant of probate.
- A letter from the solicitor who administered the estate.
If you do not have access to these documents or have already provided them directly please contact the firm that referred you to Thirdfort and they can advise on how they would like you to proceed.
